So RH wanted to do a field trip. F me for being adventurous. This one was nasty. Im not a very good sprinter. Tanner is and RH is a beast. Hills have been huge in the games every year and this is the only hill in Daytona other than the bridges. I think this type of WOD will be popping up for us more often. It was much needed.   1. The hill has been calling for some time. now that training shedules are in alignment taking advantage of the opportunity was a no-brainer. today was a good day to tackle it, since we all had "fresh" legs.

    i forgot how big that hill is until we were carrying the weight from the lot and it came into view. its breadth and height were driven home by the first warm-up sprint. the fact that it kicked our butts so nicely suggests, yes, we will be revisiting it--often.
